What is sexual energy and what we should do with it?

Sexual energy is just energy, like any other energy. This is your way of expressing that abundance of energy. It is not wrong. You may consider that you have numerous areas where you can express this energy as creative. Sexual energy is a flow of energy between opposite poles of male and female. It is the key to harmonizing the flow of energy in one's life. Some people have more, some others less. Active swingers usually have a lot of sexual energy. This can be one of the many reasons for swinging. You can feel your sexual energy. It's about 2 inches below your belly button or around that area, from the center out to the sides.

Sexual energy is one of the most powerful motivating forces in our life. We were designed to reproduce and the urge is primly imprinted. As we evolve, we still have this primal driver but our urge to reproduce  is no longer the life and death matter it used to be. So what do we do with all this excess sexual energy? We can learn to harness and use this motivational force in other areas of our life, if we want, or we can try to find a competitive swinger couple(s) and use all of our energy... if the chemistry is there...

Some swingers seek friendship and maybe more. Some others looking for sex only. People usually do not make love with their friends. You may find your best friend very attractive, but think about it, how can you ask her/him for a date. If you do, probably your friendship will be over. If you are a female and your best friend is a male, you shouldn't even try it. Chemistry is what chemistry is. You mix two different chemicals (male and female) together (i.e. a date, or swingers club), and see if anything happens. There is no guarantee that there is going to be some reaction (sparks, that turn you on and you will be horny) from the mix, though one chemical (one couple) may want to react badly. Sometimes you have to mix chemicals with another chemical to get some reaction going (add an extra couple or single person). 

Interpretation: If you're with a new couple on a first date and nothing happens, (you do not feel any sexual energy and the sparks aren't flying around) and the other couple acts like they are doing you a favour, just to be there, you may have to look somewhere else for a sex partner. Usually if a couple doesn't see anything in you, on a first date, you should move on, because probably you are just wasting your time.
