How should a man dress to impress in the swing club? 

It depends on his age, but it doesn't matter how young  he is, he should always show up in a well put-together, well kept and clean outfit. 

If you have trouble deciding on what to wear, it is better to ask  the club management about their in-house rules or dress code. Lot of clubs have a "no blue jeans and no running shoes" policy.
